Our Trustwide kindness campaign supports our values—an initiative that ties in with our culture and looks to create and maintain a more inclusive workforce.

Being unfailingly kind is one of our core values—and the campaign is a commitment by all to treat patients and visitors with kindness.

While we expect to receive this in return, we know that this isn’t always the case. The kindness campaign is a message to our people. A symbol of solidarity and care.

It celebrates the diversity of the great work we do and encourages others to share stories and think of each other as we work. Our people should feel safe, supported and valued at work.
